imaginbank is a online banking app located in Spain and a part of Caixabank, some of the main benefits it offers is a non-comission account, money management tools and a really deep environmental conscience and participation.

Our task together with the imagin team was to organize the process of onboarding and user registration inside the app, contemplating the different cases and how to solve them, providing a new logic to these processes.



How did we do it? We incorporate steppers, clarifying guides, QA support, a clear follow-up feedback, thus providing a much more intuitive and satisfactory experience for users.

Wiith the identity of imaginBank in mind all the features were focused into growing the current scope of the app and following new releases with a critical eye to find and clean up posible mistakes. For this reason the project was more involved into creating wireframes, validating them and searching for new ideas.

When our task is to integrate new features and pieces to a system knowing this system deeply becomes extremely important. Presenting multiple options to integrate new elements, work carefully inside branches before reaching the master file, make us aware of both the needs of the project and the precision needed to integrate new things into an existing and expanding language.

One of the main tasks about integrating new items was to give a new, renovated look to the onboarding process, working through multiple iterations for a result that represents the youthful and active values of the brand.
